Full Service Planning + Design
Our Full Service Planning + Design package includes:

  • Schedule all transportation needs for out of town guests 

  • Access to planning software to keep you organized from start to finish

  • Create a comprehensive budget projections and planning timeline for clients enabling them to stay on track and on budget

  • Full design planning proposal created by our Co-Owner + Lead Designer

  • Create a detailed timeline for your wedding day

  • Research vendors and provide bride and groom with 2-3 options per vendor that range in price and capabilities to best fit the couple’s needs

  • Assistance with personal lodging accommodations and access to preferred hotel list 

  • Rehearsal coordination including help with booking the rehearsal dinner location

  • Full-day coordination of ceremony and reception

  • Decor set up and break down

  • First initial Facetime or in person meeting with Kelsey and Jess to develop an event style, determine goals and priorities and put a plan in place for moving forward with budget, planning and design objectives

  • Attend up to 4 vendor meetings to help ask the tough questions

  • Unlimited emailing throughout planning period (*please note we only respond to emails during office hours Monday-Thursday)

  • Final consult at venue 2-4 weeks prior to wedding date (must be scheduled in advance

Month-of Coordination
Our Month-of Coordination package includes:

  • Initial phone consult with coordinator to put a plan in place for moving forward with planning objectives

  • Create a day-of timeline for you and your vendors

  • Assist with scheduling guest shuttles

  • Access to our preferred vendor and hotel list

  • Access to custom White Dahlia planning tools

  • Communication via email throughout planning process

  • One in person meeting within 4 to 8 weeks prior to wedding date to discuss day-of details

  • Coordination of all vendors one month prior to wedding

  • Attendance to final consult with venue

  • Coordination of rehearsal

  • Full-day coordination of ceremony and reception

  • Week of wedding meeting to review decor + transfer to coordinator

  • Decor set up and break down

Partial Planning
Our Partial Planning package includes:

  • Consultations 6-8 months before wedding day

​

  • Bi-monthly consultations

  • Budget suggestions

​

  • Vendor referrals

​

  • 2 in-person vendor appointments

​

  • Venue walk through 2-4 weeks prior to wedding date

  • Includes all items listed in the month-of package

Petite Weddings + Elopments
Our Petite Wedding package includes:

  • Customized Tablescape design for 15 to 50 guests with options of upgrades​​

    • One initial phone consult to discuss design + planning needs

    • We will create three design options for you to choose from!

  • Coordination of rehearsal + final venue walkthrough

  • Set up + tear down of all decor

Designs will include:

  • Ceremony Arch with Flowers 

  • Personal Flowers​

  • Farm Tables

  • Chairs

  • Furniture Groupings

  • China, Flatware, Glassware

  • Runner and Napkins
