Kelsey and Jess started White Dahlia in 2019, after many years working in the wedding industry. Their vision was to create a company that could offer couples everything they would need for a fully-planned and an intentionally designed event, as well as an incredible team to be with them every step of the way. Since then, WD has evolved to include an amazing planning, design, and rental team.

Proud dog mom of three, travel junkie and self taught environmentalist. Courtney prides herself on making unique individual connections with our clients. With her deep passion for curating new collections, Courtney quickly became our go to gal for all things rentals! She intentionally blends our well loved and vintage pieces with our modern newbies, to create a one of a kind style. When Courtney isn’t helping us execute events, you will find her visiting local restaurants with her husband and sweet pups, attempting d.i.y projects around her home, and of course encouraging everyone to stop using plastic straws...Obvi!
Kelsey has been in the wedding industry for over 10 years. She started in the industry as a venue coordinator for an award winning venue in beautiful Southwest Michigan. It was while working at this venue that she met her business partner Jess and the idea for White Dahlia was born. Kelsey thrives in the behind the scenes details that make a wedding tick. She has an attention to detail and impeccable eye for design. Her favorite part of a wedding is when the couple see each other for the first time. When she's not doing all things weddings she enjoys being with her husband and 8 year old son, building legos, eating yummy food, shopping and working on her barista skills.

Brooke is our Warehouse Manager & a Lead Coordinator. Brooke comes to us from a background in Elementary Education, and is a skilled problem solver and collaborator from all those years as a teacher. Her passion for people and attention to detail help keep our client's wishes at the forefront of operations. Brooke’s goal is to make sure every couple has a beautiful and stress free wedding day.

Lover of all things humorous, mac and cheese connoisseur and conspiracy enthusiast. Jenna is joining the team right out of college and is ready to hit the ground running and take the industry by storm. Her favorite aspect about being involved in wedding planning and coordinating is building personal connections with clients and watching their visions come to life alongside them. Jenna enjoys helping couples soak up every moment of their wedding day by leaving the hard work to her and her team. When Jenna’s mind is not on weddings, she enjoys playing card games with family, kayaking and roasting marshmallows over the fire with the ones close to her!
